Tapestries are more than wall hangings. For weavers, tapestry refers to a technique of creating images by laying in different colors of yarn individually. It is the most time-consuming type of weaving, but one of the most beautiful. I use tapestry techniques in rugs, wall hangings, clothing, and other kinds of handwoven items. In the galleries below, I have put all items made with this technique, except clothing which is on the clothing page. Enjoy!
